Built around advanced materials and Rockford Fosgate's most sophisticated speaker technologies, the T5652-S combines a pair of 6.5" woofers, 1" LCP ring-radiator tweeters, and an advanced audiophile-grade crossover network into an uncompromising high-performance component system.
The woofers feature tri-laminate Liquid Crystal Polymer Fiber cones, a rigid yet lightweight construction designed to deliver fast, accurate response with reduced distortion. Rockford's VAST™ surround technology increases the effective radiating cone area without requiring a larger speaker basket, helping the T5652-S produce impressive midbass impact from a compact 6.5" chassis.
At the top end, the 1" Liquid Crystal Polymer Fiber ring-radiator tweeters utilize dual neodymium magnets, a low-resonance chamber, and a machined copper phase plug for smooth, extended high-frequency reproduction. The tweeters can be flush- or surface-mounted, giving you flexibility when building a custom front stage.
