The Kicker 51MWF122 is a high-performance 12-inch marine subwoofer designed for powerful, deep bass without the need for a traditional enclosure. Built as part of Kicker’s M-Class Real Marine™ series, it’s engineered specifically for free-air applications, making it ideal for boats, ATVs, and other open-air or moisture-prone environments.
At its core, the MWF122 uses a carbon-fiber–infused polypropylene cone paired with a durable TPE surround, delivering strong, controlled low-frequency output even under heavy use. A glass-filled nylon basket provides structural rigidity and excellent heat resistance, ensuring consistent performance in demanding conditions.
This subwoofer is also built for the elements, featuring UV- and water-resistant construction, corrosion-resistant connections, and sealed terminals designed to handle salt, spray, and vibration. The integrated RGBW LED lighting system adds customizable color effects, giving your setup a clean, modern visual upgrade to match its performance.
With a power handling range of 225–450 watts RMS (900 watts peak), a 2-ohm impedance, and a frequency response of 20 Hz–500 Hz, the 51MWF122 delivers strong output and deep, musical bass when properly powered. Its free-air design allows flexible installation in panels, bulkheads, or custom marine setups without requiring a dedicated box.
